Current litter is spoken for, but don't you worry! Our next planned litter will arrive Late February/Early March of 2025, spring babies! Deposit spots are available for this upcoming litter, but not for long. Go ahead and submit your application, followed by your deposit, to get on the puppy pick list!

A Step-by-Step Guide to buy Your Perfect Puppy
Pick your pups family
- We have 2 different moms with very different personalities. As well as 2 studs with different personalities as well.
- What characteristics do you want in a puppy?
Submit your application & deposit
- This secures your spot on the waitlist
- First come first serve basis. Order of deposits is your pick of the litter.
- Deposit of $400 is non-refundable
The litter has arrived
- If this is the litter you want a puppy from, at 6 weeks old you will choose your puppy and submit the remaining balance of your puppy.
- Puppy can be chosen in person here at lakeside cockapoos or via Zoom/Facetime.
Puppy Pick up
- Around 8-9 weeks old, we will arrange pick up
- If not local, no prob, there is the option to use a transport nanny that can deliver your pup safely to you. Info on this in FAQ.

Caring for a Cockapoo puppy involves several key aspects:

2. Exercise: Cockapoos are active dogs, so ensure they get plenty of exercise to keep them healthy and happy. Regular walks, playtime, and mental stimulation are essential.
3. Grooming: Brush their coat regularly to prevent matting and tangles, especially if they inherit the longer coat of the Cocker Spaniel parent. Trim their nails as needed and maintain good dental hygiene.

5. Socialization: Expose your puppy to various people, animals, and environments from a young age to help them become well-adjusted adults.

Unfortunately puppies cannot be fully house trained at this age. That being said, we do try to help your puppy learn the basics of housetraining while he/she is here. From the beginning, we change their bedding frequently, this combined with Mom's care helps them keep a clean environment. Next we introduce them to the outdoors. They take to this very quickly as it's natural for them to not want to go potty where they sleep, especially when their sleep area is kept so clean. We are an outdoorsy family, and our cockapoos follow suit. The more they are let outside, the more likely they are to learn “we like to potty when we go outside, not where we sleep” and that becomes their preferred place to use the restroom.
Once puppy is ready to go to its new home, you may fly or drive to pick up your new puppy, here at Lakeside Cockapoos. If our location is too far for you, we can arrange a meet up within a 2 hour radius OR we will meet you at the Orlando Airport and hand off your new pup there.
There is a fee that comes with our meet up service. $0.75 per mile + $25 an hour. *Airport meetup - flat rate of $75 which is based on mileage, tolls, parking, and my time. Meet up at Orlando International Airport.
I do allow a puppy meet here in my front yard at 6 weeks old, this is also when you make the final pick on which puppy you want. If you are unable to come to my home, then I can video chat with you and send pictures/videos to help you decide. I do not allow anyone into my home, for safety reasons, so please use the restroom before arrival.
Your puppy will see my Licensed Vet Practitioner at 8 weeks of age for its Florida State Health Certificate. Your puppy will get a full comprehensive exam, heart clearance, age appropriate vaccines which include DHPPI and Bordatella, deworming, and fecal test. This visit is documented on your puppy's Florida State Health Certificate, which I provide on day of pickup.
